For directors
Run your pageant from one dependable place.
Import your public Facebook event into a private draft, then publish, accept registrations and payments, communicate with families, and manage the event on Crownly.
Crownly gives pageant directors one place to bring over an existing Facebook event, publish complete listings, accept registrations, collect payments, and manage rosters — without paying listing fees. Here is how it works today.
Listing and director tools are free. The current platform fee on successful registration payments is 5.00%. See full pricing & fees.

Start from your Facebook event
Paste the link to a public Facebook event and Crownly prepares a private pageant draft using the details and imagery it can read. Add up to five flyers, screenshots, or PDFs when important information only appears in the artwork.
- Bring over available dates, venue, description, contact details, and event images
- Organize source-backed divisions, pricing, schedule, and public content when those details are available
- Review, edit, and complete every field before you publish
- Keep the result private until you decide it is ready
Crownly never invents legal, refund, payment, fee, age, or schedule details. Information the source does not provide stays empty for you to complete.
How listings work
Your pageant organization gets a public profile families can follow. Each pageant you create can be saved as a draft, shared as unlisted, or published for discovery on Crownly.
- Organization profile with bio, location, and upcoming events
- Pageant listings with cover image, venue, dates, and description
- Visibility controls: Draft, Unlisted, or Published
